What is Mixolo?
We are an IRL (in real life) social network. We are leveraging technology to encourage in-person interaction. Order in, then go out with Mixolo. We’re the going out app. No plus-one required.

We are not a dating app, meetup or club. We’re your concierge for fun when you are ready to step out on your own. Our events and experiences are thoughtfully curated to accommodate groups of solos. Ex-strangers, new connections…
Mixolo is all about going out, doing the things you love and finding community when you do. All adults 18 and up are welcome, regardless of relationship status. Select events may be open only to adults 21 and up.
How do I meet other solos in the network?
Come out to an event. While membership is free, we offer solo-friendly events and experiences for sale in the app. Not every event will require advance payment and some events are free. Check the details.
Profiles are private until you meet your new like-minded connections in real life. AFTER an event, you may choose to make your profile public to your fellow attendees and initiate, accept (or block) connections on our Mixolo MIXCHAT messaging platform.
Who hosts Mixolo solos?
We partner with established venues and hosts for your comfort. We partner with restaurants, arts and entertainment venues, recreational and tourism purveyors - you name it. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen.
Where are Mixolo events held?
Our Beta launch has been focused on curating events in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. With the recent release of our web-based event builder, interested hosts in the continental US may book their own solo-friendly events in the Mixolo app.
